While 97% of soon to be brides want to lose some weight and sizes before their big day, most of them fail. It seems really hard to believe because having an upcoming wedding is a huge source of motivation. So where do these brides go wrong?

While most brides do workouts that are not effective, any type of new movement can help you lose weight. It’s not even the nutrition even though most brides end up giving up too much food.

It’s actually in the support and the motivation department. Most brides don’t have that support team that will help push them. They may get support from parents but their parents are not really going to push them that hard.
